面對退役後的極大轉變殘疾運動員或許感到迷茫困擾，計劃為退役運動員提供多元化的事業探索活動，包括就業導向講座、面試技巧工作坊、模擬面試、實習機會及工作轉介等機會，推動運動員更快融入社會，在「第二事業」繼續發光發亮。
教育支援
在知識萬變的社會，持續學習可以突破自我，提升各方面的技能。計劃全面支援不同學歷的殘疾運動員，提供多樣化的教育諮詢、講座、獎學金計劃，讓運動員根據個人興趣、能力和志向，作出學習選擇，為未來作好規劃和準備。
生活技能培訓
社會需要多元人才，為了鼓勵殘疾運動員學習更多技能以投身社會，計劃提供各種生活技能培訓工作坊，讓運動員接觸不同專業，發掘興趣，兼備知識與技能。
